Dr. Dana Y. Pan
Dr. Pan was born and raised in Davis, California. He graduated with honors from the University of California, Berkeley. He received his medical degree with Distinction in Research from Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He then finished his Internal Medicine residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, and finally, he completed his fellowship training in Gastroenterology at the University of California, Davis. Dr. Pan joined our group in 2020. Dr. Pan understands that gastrointestinal problems can cause significant impairments in a person’s quality of life. Therefore, his treatment philosophy is not only founded on evidence-based medicine, but also on empathy and open communication. He believes in fully informing patients on the rationale behind a particular diagnostic and treatment plan. He truly values the doctor-patient relationship, and is committed to helping each individual with their unique medical issues.
